In a shutout, V-O beat Xplosion 4 - 0 at Parade South on Saturday. V-O tallied up three goals to take the lead in the first period. V-O added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. V-O never looked back. With both teams scoreless in the third period, V-O held on to its lead, and was the winner.

Leading the scoring for V-O, Jennifer Bessinger got the hat trick with three goals. Mary Pat Noonan contributed one goal for V-O.

Xplosion's Susan Welles turned away 17 shots.

V-O added to their current win streak of four games and ended the game with a record of 13-3. Xplosion finished the game with a record of 3-14.
