Flom Shines!
December 9, 2011, Parade Ice Center: The Ice Pirates defeated the Hot Shots, 4-1, with a strong showing by forward Kris Flom. In another home win for the Pirates, Flom had a goal and 2 assists. Johnson, Rolandelli, and Borg also scored for the Pirates.
Shut Out for Both Goalies
December 4, 2011, Parade Ice Garden: The Ice Pirates played hard from start to finish in a strong defensive game, allowing the Bombers only 11 shots on goal. Goalie Rehwaldt logged another shut-out and the Pirates remain at the top of the standings.
This time for Burton
November 20, 2011, Parade Arena: Teresa Burton scored a hat trick and Borg and Kennedy logged a goal apiece as the undefeated Ice Pirates skated to a 5-2 victory over Chicks with Sticks. The Pirates go on a 2-week hiatus following this convincing win.
