Below is a list of resources and forms used in the league.

Score Sheet Submission

All score sheets must be signed and submitted to the respective division statcat within 3 days of the game date. All stats must also, in their entirety (players, goals, assists, penalties, and score) within 3 days.

The Winning team is responsible for submitting the score sheet and entering stats.

In the event of a tie, the HOME team is responsible for submitting and entering stats.
