In a hard fought match up, Blue Diamonds finished off Foxes 3 - 1 at Augsburg A on Thursday. Blue Diamonds racked up one goal to take the lead in the first period. Blue Diamonds gained two straight goals in the second period and held on to its lead. In the third period Foxes scored one goal but it was too little too late and they ended up with the loss.

Julie Jurchisin scored one goal for Blue Diamonds and also had one assist. Jean Engels got one goal for Blue Diamonds and also had one assist. Megan Stang added one goal for Blue Diamonds. Frandrup tallied one assist for Blue Diamonds.
