In a tight contest, Flyers triumphed over Blue J's II 6 - 5 at White Bear County Rink on Wednesday. Flyers outscored Blue J's II three to two to take the lead at the end of the first period. In the second period, Flyers scored three goals to Blue J's II's one and kept the lead. Blue J's II scored two consecutive goals in the third period but it was not enough to close the gap, so they lost the game.

Having a huge impact in the game for Flyers, Jen Voegele made the hat trick with three goals and also had one point. Keri Deschene, Courtney Norgaard, and Alisha Ellertson each added one goal for Flyers.

Flyers ended their losing streak of six games and ended the game with a record of 4 wins and 24 losses. Blue J's II ended the game with a record of 8 wins and 17 losses.
