Kellye Nelson gets two goals while Badenovs shuts down shooters to get the win on the road

In a low scoring game, Badenovs won against Lions 2 - 0 at Augsburg Rink B on Saturday. Neither team managed to score in the first period. Badenovs gained one goal in the second period to break the tie and take the lead. Lions were not able to answer back. In the final period Badenovs scored one goal piling on and winning the game.

Having a huge impact in the game, Badenovs's Amber Logeais made 36 saves. Despite having a standout day, Lions's kim fredrick had 23 saves.

Badenovs ended their losing streak of three games and ended up with a record of 6-18. Lions ended the game with a record of 6-15.
