In a shutout game, Renegades defeated MCM 4 - zero at Augsburg A on Thursday. Renegades tallied up two goals to take the lead in the first period. Renegades added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Renegades's defense shut down MCM for the rest of the game. In the final period Renegades scored one goal adding to the margin of victory and winning the game.

Donna Luttrell, Jess Bowman, Angela szumowski, and Kathy Wabner each added one goal for Renegades.

Having a huge impact in the game, Renegades's Jan Mohrfeld made 16 saves. In goal, MCM's Margaret Slonine finished with three saves.
