Last Shot finished off Xplosion 4 - 1 at Pleasant Arena St. Paul on Friday. Last Shot chalked up two straight goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Last Shot added two goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Xplosion added one goal in the third period but it was not enough to win the game.

Showing off a strong stick, Amy Dawson netted two goals for Last Shot. Beth Murphy and Brenda Murphy each tallied one goal for Last Shot. Kristina Coles got two assists. McGowan, Deger, and Lieb each contributed one assist for Last Shot.

Carron Perry contributed one goal for Xplosion.

In the crease, Last Shot's Jamie Prendergast had zero saves on one shots on goal. Xplosion's Susan Welles had 17 saves on 21 shots.

Xplosion finished the game with a record of 4 wins and 15 losses.
