In a shutout victory, Outer Edge beat Frozen Stiffs 8 - zip at Augsburg Arena- Rink A on Wednesday. Outer Edge racked up four goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Outer Edge added two unanswered goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Outer Edge never looked back. In the final period Outer Edge scored two unanswered goals sealing the deal and winning the game.

Outer Edge's Tonya Allen scored two goals for Outer Edge and also had one assist. Outer Edge's Kris Wilkie made two goals for Outer Edge. Janet Ploncinsky and Ann Marie Giefer each added one goal for Outer Edge.

Frozen Stiffs ended the game with a record of 5 wins and 19 losses.
