Ligers prevailed over Lions 6 - 3 at Augsburg Arena - Rink A on Saturday. Ligers chalked up two unanswered goals to take the lead in the first period. Ligers gained one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Both teams scored three goals in the third period but Ligers kept the lead for the win.

Ligers's Juliane Jubinville got two goals for Ligers and also had one point. Ligers's Jennifer Martin made two goals for Ligers and also had one point. Jackie Lehmann and Afton Schiller each tallied one goal for Ligers.
