In a comeback, Lions finished off Badenovs 4 - 3 at Phalen on Wednesday. Neither team scored in the first period. In the second period, the ice was finally broken when Badenovs outscored their opponents and took the lead. Badenovs was up three to one, but Lions had other plans in the third period. Lions managed to come back with three consecutive goals in the third period to steal the lead and win the game.

Bridget Carlson, Britny Holloway, lindsay weier, and Courtney Schluender each contributed one goal for Lions.

In the crease, Lions's Cassie Carpenter stopped -3 shots. In goal, Badenovs's Amber Logeais stopped -4 shots.

Lions ended the game with a record of 6-12. Badenovs ended the game with a record of 5-16.
