Defenses slugged it out, but Penalty Box beat Chaos 1 - 0 at Pleasant on Saturday. Neither team scored in the first period. With no one scoring in the second period both defenses were solid. Penalty Box broke the ice with one goal in the third period to finally win the game.

In the third period, Penalty Box's Jan Bachman put the puck in the net with an assist from melanie draper with 5:05 left in the period.

Having a perfect day, Penalty Box's cathy meggitt blocked 18 out of 18 shots on goal. Chaos's Dana Cudo had eight saves.

Chaos finished the game with a record of 9 wins and 5 losses.
