Falcons triumphed over Ligers 7 - 3 at Polar Arena on Sunday. Falcons outscored Ligers three to one to jump in to the lead at the end of the first period. In the second period, Falcons scored three goals to Ligers's two and kept the lead. Ligers were not able to answer back. In the final period Falcons scored one goal piling on and winning the game.

Leading the way to a win for Falcons, Amanda Trunzo made the hat trick with three goals as well as two points. Having a huge day, Kelly Snedeker netted two goals for Falcons in addition to two points.

Ligers finished the game with a record of 8 wins and 16 losses.
