Leaving their opponents in the dust, Nutcrackers prevailed against MN Xtreme 10 - 1 at Augsburg Rink B on Sunday. Nutcrackers scored three goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Nutcrackers added four goals in the second period and held on to its lead. In the last period, Nutcrackers outscored their opponents by two goals and kept the lead to win the game.

Leading the scoring for Nutcrackers, Jessica Doig made the hat trick with three goals as well as two helpers. Nutcrackers's Andrea Peterson netted two goals for Nutcrackers. Allison Schwab, Grace Olson, and Laura Hillman each contributed one goal for Nutcrackers.

MN Xtreme finished the game with a record of 5-13.
