In a close game, Lions beat Frozen Stiffs 5 - 3 at Augsburg Rink B on Sunday. Lions and Frozen Stiffs both scored two goals to end the first period tied. Lions took the lead in the second period with three goals. In the third period Frozen Stiffs scored one goal but it was too little too late and they ended up with the loss.

Lions's Kate Barnett scored two goals for Lions. Bridget Carlson, lindsay weier, and Katie Psimos each tallied one goal for Lions.
