Hot Flash beat Black-Eyed Pucks 5 - 1 at Maple Grove Arena East on Thursday. Hot Flash scored one unanswered goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Both teams racked up one goal in the second period but Hot Flash kept the lead for the win. Black-Eyed Pucks were not able to answer back. In the final period Hot Flash scored three consecutive goals adding to their overall lead and winning the game.

Displaying offensive skills, Ramona Damiani got two goals for Hot Flash and also had one assist. Jennifer Sweeney scored one goal for Hot Flash and also had one helper. Joanna Vagle and Katie Swor each tallied one goal for Hot Flash. Murphy and Hoover each tallied one assist for Hot Flash.

Traci Ziton tallied one goal for Black-Eyed Pucks.

In the crease, Hot Flash's Alexis Klock blocked -1 shots on goal. In goal, Black-Eyed Pucks's Teresa Tangeman had just -5 saves.

Hot Flash ended up with a record of 11 wins and 4 losses. Black-Eyed Pucks ended the game with a record of 0-18.
