In a hard fought match up, Galaxy won against Penalty Box 4 - 2 at Highland North on Saturday. Galaxy tallied up three goals to take the lead in the first period. Penalty Box failed to take the lead in the second period even though they scored one goal. Both teams scored one goal in the third period but Galaxy kept the lead for the win.

Having an impact in the game, Lisa Agrimonti got two goals for Galaxy. Sarah Mastrian netted one goal for Galaxy and also had one assist. Jean Porter tallied one goal for Galaxy. Bailey and Russell each added one assist for Galaxy.

Laura Hannam and Jan Bachman each contributed one goal for Penalty Box.

Racking up saves in the box, Galaxy's Tristia Pettey stopped 26 shots. Penalty Box's cathy meggitt had 27 saves on 31 shots.

Galaxy ended their losing streak of two games and ended up with a record of 11 wins and 7 losses. Penalty Box finished the game with a record of 8-3.
