In a shutout, Riveters beat Flyers 10 - zero at Augsburg A on Tuesday. Riveters chalked up two goals to take the lead in the first period. Riveters added four goals in the second period and held on to its lead. The Riveters defense took over in the final period. In the final period Riveters scored four goals adding to the margin of victory and winning the game.

Having a huge impact in the game for Riveters, Jill Campbell got the hat trick with three goals and also had one helper. Leading the way to a win for Riveters, Deidre Lindstrom scored the hat trick with three goals and also had one helper. Jenna Bluhm and Allison Lorbiecki each added one goal for Riveters.

Flyers's Carmen Ventrucci Peterson had only 16 saves on 26 shots on goal.

Flyers ended the game with a record of 2-16.
