Shutting out the competition, Arrows finished off Surly Misfits 3 - zip at VMIA on Sunday. Arrows tallied up three unanswered goals to take the lead in the first period. Neither team scored in the second period so Arrows kept its lead. It would prove to be too much for Surly Misfits. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Arrows conserved its lead, and was the winner.

Erin Nelson scored one goal for Arrows and also had one helper. Steph Mistele and Karen Jelinek each tallied one goal for Arrows. Adams tallied one assist for Arrows.

Turning in a perfect performance, Arrows's Julia Manor had 16 saves on 16 shots. Displaying a golden glove, Surly Misfits's Heather Hedin made 29 saves.

Arrows ended their streak of two losing games and ended the game with a record of 7 wins and 11 losses. Surly Misfits ended the game with a record of 1-19.
