In a hard fought match up, MN Xtreme prevailed over Ligers 4 - 2 at Augsburg Arena - Rink B on Sunday. Ligers racked up one goal to take the lead in the first period. Both teams added one goal in the second period but Ligers maintained their lead. Ligers was on top two to one, but the final period would turn the tables on them. MN Xtreme engineered a comeback in the third period with three consecutive goals, winning in the end.

Having a huge impact in the game for MN Xtreme, shannon nelson got the hat trick with three goals. Chelsea Wasmoen tallied one goal for MN Xtreme. Donahue and Draper each contributed one assist for MN Xtreme.
