Blue Chill prevailed against Shooting Stars 5 - 1 at Augsburg A on Saturday. Blue Chill and Shooting Stars both scored one goal to end the first period tied. Blue Chill took the lead in the second period with two goals. Blue Chill never looked back. In the final period Blue Chill scored two straight goals piling on and winning the game.

Leading the way to a win for Blue Chill, Pamela Quarve got the hat trick with three goals and also had one helper. Turning in a good performance, Mary Loso got two goals for Blue Chill in addition to two points. Lori Doffing had two helpers. Becker added one assist for Blue Chill.

Julie LaClair tallied one goal for Shooting Stars.

Displaying a golden glove, Blue Chill's Jody Wilkens had 16 saves.

Blue Chill now has a record of 14 wins and 6 losses. Shooting Stars ended the game with a record of 6-14.
