Rockets beat Xplosion 4 - 1 at Super rink 7 on Friday. Rockets tallied up two unanswered goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Rockets added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Both teams scored one goal in the third period but Rockets kept the lead for the win.

In the first period, Rockets's Debbie Bellingham put the biscuit over the goal line with 14:10 left on the clock. Kayla Biwer got the assist on the goal. This put Rockets out in front for good. Rockets fired up their game when Kayla Biwer scored an unassisted goal, with 3:36 left on the clock, moving further into the lead. In the second period, pushing forward, Rockets's Debbie Bellingham scored a goal with 11:16 left on the clock. Kayla Biwer got the assist on the goal, to get further in the lead. In the third period, then Rockets scored a goal, to get further in the lead.

Having a good day, Debbie Bellingham made two goals for Rockets and also had one assist. Kayla Biwer scored one goal for Rockets and also two helpers. Constance Korf contributed one goal for Rockets.

Rhonda Schaffer added one goal for Xplosion.

Rockets moves to a record of 8-5. Xplosion finished the game with a record of 3 wins and 11 losses.
