In a shutout game, Hot Shots handed a loss to Victorious Secret 6 - zero at Dakotah (DIC) - Rink 2 on Thursday. Hot Shots scored four goals to take the lead in the first period. Hot Shots added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Hot Shots's defense shut down Victorious Secret for the rest of the game. In the final period Hot Shots scored one goal adding to the margin of victory and winning the game.

Having a huge impact in the game for Hot Shots, Betsy Primeau netted the hat trick with three goals and also had one assist. Colleen Gardner, Felicia Lindquist, and Nancy McKinney each tallied one goal for Hot Shots.

Showing off a strong glove, Hot Shots's Kris Lindsoe stopped 11 shots. Victorious Secret's Ashley Garcia had only 18 saves on 24 shots on goal.

Hot Shots extended their winning streak to four games and now has a record of 10 wins and 2 losses. Victorious Secret ended the game with a record of 2 wins and 10 losses.
