In a hard fought match up, Lucky Pucks beat Galaxy 3 - 1 at Richfield Ice Arena 1 on Sunday. Galaxy tallied up one goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Lucky Pucks took over the lead in the second period with three goals. Lucky Pucks's defense shut down Galaxy for the rest of the game. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Lucky Pucks protected its lead, and was the winner.

Turning in a good performance, Lauren Eickhof netted two goals for Lucky Pucks. Kristi Muller added one goal for Lucky Pucks. Schaffer and Dueber each added one assist for Lucky Pucks.

Zoe Jacobson tallied one goal for Galaxy.

Galaxy ended the game with a record of 9 wins and 6 losses.
