In a shutout victory, Marshals prevailed against Flyers 7 - 0 at Augsburg B on Saturday. Marshals scored one goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Marshals added three unanswered goals in the second period and held on to its lead. The Marshals defense took over in the final period. In the final period Marshals scored three goals piling on and winning the game.

Having an outstanding day for Marshals, Kelli Schlittler made the hat trick with three goals. Marshals's Schlittler put the puck in the net in the first period with an assist from Sabrina Radke. Marshals was in control from then on. During the second period, Schlittler put the puck in the net with an assist from JODIE ANDERSON. During the third period, Schlittler put the biscuit over the goal line without any assistance. In well played offense, Denise Alto scored two goals for Marshals in addition to two helpers. Making it happen on the ice for Marshals, Alto put the puck in the net without assistance in the second period. Next, Alto scored an unassisted goal in the third period. Megan Fuches and kelly duffy each tallied one goal for Marshals.

Leading the way to a shutout for Marshals, jill nordstrom had 16 saves on 16 shots.

Flyers finished the game with a record of 2-14.
