In a shutout victory, Lucky Pucks beat Black-Eyed Pucks 3 - zero at Richfield Arena on Saturday. Lucky Pucks chalked up one goal to take the lead in the first period. Lucky Pucks added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Lucky Pucks never looked back. In the final period Lucky Pucks scored one goal improving its score and winning the game.

Sue Dueber, Kelly O'Neill, and Cynthia Hill each tallied one goal for Lucky Pucks. Kingery, Everson, and Penne each added one assist for Lucky Pucks.

Having a huge impact in the game, Lucky Pucks's Lauren Eickhof had seven saves.

Lucky Pucks ended the game with a record of 6-6. Black-Eyed Pucks ended the game with a record of 0-14.
