In a shutout, Hot Flash overcame Chaos 3 - zip at STMA Albertville on Friday. Hot Flash racked up two goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Hot Flash gained one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Hot Flash's defense shut down Chaos for the rest of the game. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Hot Flash conserved its lead, and was the winner.

Joanna Vagle, Katie Swor, and Susan Brunette each contributed one goal for Hot Flash. Mankowski and Damiani each contributed one assist for Hot Flash.

Showing off a strong glove, Hot Flash's Annette Germann had 11 saves. Chaos's Leah Hiniker stopped 17 out of 20 shots.

Hot Flash ended their losing streak of two games and ended up with a record of 8-3. Chaos ended the game with a record of 7-4.
