In a blowout game, Riveters beat Flyers 7 - 1 at Augsburg A on Tuesday. Riveters outscored Flyers three to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. Riveters gained four goals in the second period and held on to its lead. The Riveters defense took over in the final period. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Riveters held on to its lead, and was the winner.

Having a huge impact in the game for Riveters, Jenna Bluhm netted the hat trick with three goals. Riveters's Deidre Lindstrom made two goals for Riveters and also had one helper. Jill Campbell and Jen Rasmussen each contributed one goal for Riveters.

Riveters now has a record of 9-9. Flyers ended the game with a record of 2 wins and 12 losses.
